Velma is an 12 month old Siamese mix female kitten/young cat.  She was fostered by Cats Cradle Rescue as a kitten and was adopted, but was recently returned due to a change in her family's living conditions.  We don't know much about her personality yet, but she was an only cat for over six months and is needing time to adapt to living around other cats and kittens before she shows her true sweet nature.  Update!  Velma is getting along very well with the 2 adult female cats in our cat room.  She has confidence, but has good cat manners around the other girls.  She LOVES human attention, but isn't fond of kittens so if you see her on weekends when kittens are all over the place, you may not see her true personality.

She will be shown for adoption from 11-4:30 on Saturdays and Sundays at the Cats Cradle Rescue Adoption Center located next to our Thrift Store at 1954 E. Main Street (corner of Santa Cruz and Main Streets in Ventura. Please email us at adoptions@catscradlerescue.org if you have questions.

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption; however, kittens receive two vaccinations.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
