This is a courtesy listing for a traagic situation-- please use the contact information below.  Carob and Maple are an absolutely adorable, very bonded pair of bunnies -- they love each other!  They escaped two terrible situations and now finally can get a safe and loving home.  First they were very sadly being raised for food!  Then they and several others got dumped at the park where they had to contend with predators, a busy street, and not enough food.  Together with bunny volunteers, we rescued them both, and now they are friendly, healthy bunnies!  We noticed that they would hop around the park together, so we keep them together and they are so happy!

Carob is the baby of the pair, a female only about five months old.  Carob is a Seal-Point bunny, like a Siamese cat.  Maple is a cinnamon (agouti) bunny with the cutest white rings around his eyes that help you know what he is thinking.  He is fully grown, maybe 1 year old.

These are such a loving pair that, when we first caught Carob, little Maple went frantically trying to press his face and self through the cage bars holding Carob, trying to "save" his best friend.  Now they do everything together and are never more than a couple of inches from each other.

Carob and Maple are friendly and very sweet bunnies.  Carob is the baby still figuring out the world, while Maple is the very gentle, sweet and wise big brother.  Carob is now spayed and Maple is now neutered so they are ready for a real home with someone who loves them!  They are being fostered in Los Angeles.  If you would like to meet this adorable and sweet bonded pair, please email Laura at catnose1@aol.com.

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption; however, kittens receive two vaccinations.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
