Rohan has quite a story.  He is one of 4 super cute orange siblings we rescued as teensy 4 week old babies from someone who had WAY too many cats and kittens.  That was in 2015.  Two of the four have found forever homes.  Now, Rohan and his brother Pippin are looking for loving families.

All were tiny for their age -- little Rohan was the smallest and weakest by far -- at 4 weeks he weighed only 6.75 ounces !!  (Yes ounces, not pounds.)  The last photo is when they were very tiny kittens and quite ill.  Rohan is the smallest kitten, upper left, when we did not know if he would survive.  Our hearts went out to him instantly!  Yours will too!!

The kittens had lacked food and care to be normal happy kittens, and we almost lost Rohan a couple of times.  With our foster's dedicated care plus lots of time and love, Rohan is now a bouncy, playful "teenager" (one year old) and ready for a forever home.  So is his bigger brother Pippin, who is as cute as Rohan!   Rohan and Pippin will be fine if adopted separately or, if you would like a pair of kittens who you know do great together, you can adopt Rohan and  his brother Pippin (you can read about Pippin on our website).

At home, Rohan is loving and playful.  He loves eating treats from your fingers, and he will totally charm you when he crawls into your lap and purrs.  Rohan loves getting comfy and sitting with you!  He does startle easily at unexpected movements or sounds, so he will do best in a calm home.  With a little patience while he adjusts to his new home, this extremely sweet boy will do very well -- your home will become the place where you and Rohan find love and comfort with each other. 

Rohan is now vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, dewormed and defleaed.  He has recovered from being so sick when he first arrived over a year ago, although some effects linger, mostly some runniness in his eye every once in a while, and this may just be part of his life.  So Rohan needs a very special person to adopt him, who will understand how to help him best adjust to a new home and become the purring love he really is, and who knows that the very best cats to adopt are not always the most instantly perfect.  Rohan is ADORABLE, with his little size, peaceful nature and curious round eyes!!!

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption; however, kittens receive two vaccinations.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
